Mary Kirchen
Mary Kirchen – Founder of Housing Works. Mary served as Executive Director from its founding in 2003 to 2015. In her tenure at HW she worked to implement affordable housing projects and in 2006 brought on Mollie Lowery. Together, they created and implemented the award-winning Home First project - a unique model for person centered service delivery in permanent supportive housing. She is a member of the Immaculate Heart Community and served on its leadership team as President from 1995-2002. She has served on several nonprofit boards; currently she serves the health system, Emanate Health and is a founding member of The Guibord Center – Religion Inside Out.
